She is passionate about helping people get to know God for themselves and to experience his transforming love. She loves swimming, is an incurable bookworm and is currently realising a childhood ambition to learn to play the keyboard.

Following two curacies he became Rector of Warsop with Sookholme in 1989 and, prior to coming to Uxbridge he spent six years as Chaplain amongst Deaf People. Fr. Cliff is maried to Dot and they have two daughters at University. Two of the lesser known facts about him are that he used to mow the lawn for Agatha Christie and that he met Dot in a Night shelter!
Parish Curate:

Revd. Joy Atkins
tel: 01895 239055
email: joy.atkins@uxbridgeparish.org
Day Off: Thursday evening - Friday afternoon
Joy was a secondary school teacher and then a youthworker in Ealing before training for ordination. Having worked with young people for so many years she remains a big kid herself, but is committed to growing in spiritual maturity and encouraging others in that same journey, whatever age they are. Joy has a particular interest in using art, narrative and visual media in worship as well as a deep love of Scripture. She is excited about ministry in the Uxbridge area and very pleased that the cinema and starbucks are within a 5 minute walk of both churches!
Youth Worker:

Pete Telfer
tel: 07969 929225
email: pete.telfer@uxbridgeparish.org
Pete (or Telf) joined us as our new Youth Worker on 14th July. He is originally from Southport, up north and is a keen Liverpool fan. He has just left Kings Cross doing youth work for the Barnsbury Team, Kings Cross, after eleven years, but has also had other roles such as working in a local primary school for three and a half years. He has just completed his BA in Youth Work and Minsitry at Oasis. He is newly married to Lizzie; and whilst they are sad to leave Islington they are very excited to be moving to Uxbridge and discover the next chapter of their lives together. Telf is really looking forward to getting to know the young people and is passionate about young people reaching their potential as they journey with Jesus.
