St Margaret's Church
Network Gifts
The Right People...In the Right Places...for the Right Reasons.
One of the eight core values of St. Margaret's is:
Gift-orientated Ministry: that each person knows and uses their God given gifts to serve in Christ's name.
"As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God." 1 Peter 4:10
What is Network?
Network is a course which provides you with the opportunity to explore the passions and gifts that God has given you. It enables you to find out how you may use these gifts in serving God.
Who is Network aimed at?
Anyone who wishes to find out the areas they would be best suited to serve in.
What is the course like?
An introductory session helps you to understand Why you are called to serve. You will then discover why you feel particular empathy towards certain groups or causes and Where you are best suited to use your God given gifts. A questionnaire helps you to relate What your gifts are and how you are equipped to serve others. The final session affirms the importance of making a contribution to the building up of the body of Christ.
