St Margaret's Church
Spirituality, Healing & Prayer
We believe that at heart the Christian faith is about a life-giving relationship with God through Jesus Christ. He said "I have come that they might have life and life in all its fullness", and it is our heart to enable people to get to know Him ever more deeply and the wholeness and healing He can bring to our lives. With this in mind, seeking Him in prayer is one of the things that lies right at the heart of our ministry as a church.

There are many and varied opportunities for prayer during the week. You would be especially welcome to join us for midday prayers (Monday-Friday, 12 noon, St Margaret's Chapel). We also offer the opportunity to receive prayer for healing, either during some of our services or at other times. We have also discovered that there is real value in offering times when men and women can meet separately at special events seeking to help them deepen their relationship with God. It is our experience that God really answers prayer.
There will also be a regular programme of events, including Quiet Days, breakfasts and retreats, to help people connect with God at a deeper level.
